IDI currently works with a variety of state, local and national government agencies. Additionally IDI is the holder of two Government contracts. Government officials depend on IDI to support their efforts worldwide and take advantage of our policy to hold extra inventory of merchandise to facilitate efforts in the case of a severe disaster or another type of emergency.

Our security efforts extend to our own business as well. Because of the current international climate, we hold a complete separate stock area for all supplies dedicated to our government agency clients. Moreover, in the event of an emergency our standard operating procedure is to provide our technical staff on-site at no charge to you in order to facilitate complete utilization of, and training on our equipment. Although it is rare that our equipment goes down we also cover all contingencies: our personnel will be there to handle all maintenance issues should it be needed.
